Welcome to Knodge.eu! This manual will help you to start your own knowledge portal in just a few minutes and use the full power of AI.
Step 1: Create your portal (The origin)
Go to the Admin area and create your first portal.
** Name & URL: Choose a name and a "slug" (your personal web address).
KI-Brain: Choose a template (e.g. Science for facts or HEALTH for fitness/medicine).
** Branding: Upload a logo (URL) and choose your portal color.
Step 2: Upload knowledge (documents)
Switch to your portal (recognizable by the blue area or the printer symbol).
- Click on Documents at the bottom.
- Upload PDF files, folders or ZIP archives.
** Mobile tip: Use the camera to scan documents directly. The system automatically turns it into a PDF and "tokenizes" the content for the AI.
Step 3: Chat with your knowledge
Click on the Chat icon below.
- Ask questions about your uploaded documents via text or microphone.
- The AI answers precisely. Use the clickable follow-up questions to go deeper into the topic.
- Important: Do you like an answer? Click on the hook to save it permanently!
Step 4: Refine knowledge (chat protocol)
Go to the Chat log to manage your marked answers.
- Here you can correct and clarify answers.
- Use the "Memory Export " to store important findings in your portal memory.
- Attention: Unmarked chats are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Step 5: Become visible (Blog)
Would you like to share your knowledge or be found?
- Upload a simple markdown file (.md) in the blog section.
- The AI will automatically translate your post into all languages.
- Your blog makes your portal visible to search engines and new members.

** Security: You can only be logged in on one device at a time. A new login will automatically log you out elsewhere.
